Jan Hnátek is Product Owner for Payment Initiation, Customer Journey and Digital Banking (KB+) at Komerční banka. He is responsible for the delivery, operation and innovation of payment services, as well as end-to-end ownership of payment customer journeys across digital channels. He has been focusing on payments at Komerční banka since 2024, having previously held roles including Agile Coach, Scrum Master and several managerial and business positions.
