• The conference languages are Czech, Slovak, and English. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided throughout the conference.

Transport & Parking

The hotel is located in the centre of Prague, within walking distance of the Florenc Metro station (Lines B and C) and close to several tram stops. Participants arriving by train can take Metro Line C from the Prague Main Railway Station (Hlavní nádraží) to Florenc.

Recommended Transport

Due to the hotel's central location and limited parking capacity, we recommend using Prague's public transport system. The nearest Metro station is Florenc, from which the hotel is just a few minutes' walk.

Parking

The hotel offers parking in its underground garage; however, capacity is limited and spaces are available subject to availability.

The maximum vehicle height for access to the underground garage is 2.1 metres.

The entrance to the garage is located at Na Florenci 29.

Parking is not included in the conference registration fee. Any parking charges are to be paid individually by participants.

Please note that parking is not permitted in front of the hotel's main entrance.

If you are travelling by car, we recommend checking the availability of hotel parking in advance or using one of the paid public car parks in the Florenc area. We also recommend allowing sufficient travel time, particularly during peak traffic hours.
