Milada Čapková

Milada has more than 30 years of experience in banking, most of which she has gained at ING Bank, where she has held a number of positions in Operations and Client Services. As an Account Manager for Financial Institutions, she also gained valuable international experience during a secondment to ING's London branch.

She currently serves as Product Manager for Transaction Services for the Czech Republic and Slovakia at ING. She also chairs the SEPA Working Group under the Payment Systems Committee of the Czech Banking Association. From 2021 to 2024, she represented the Czech banking community in the Payment Scheme Evolution and Maintenance Working Group of the European Payments Council.
